SMOKED BALTIC PORTER

Our friends from Rusty Rail Brewing Co. stopped by for our second collab brew. This decoction mashed Baltic Porter was brewed with 70% pecan wood smoked malt from Sugar Creek Malt in Indiana. The intense smoke may surprise you at first, but as your palate adjusts, notes of dark toffee, dried plum, and roasted nuts become evident. Does NOT contain nuts.
