LITTLE RAUCHBIER

We scaled our award-winning Doppelbock, Activator, down and turned it into a Little Rauchbier. We took the same malt and hop varieties in Activator and substituted in 52% Cherry Wood Smoked Malt for an intense, full-bodied smoke flavor. This deep-amber brew might remind you of thick-cut bacon in a cast iron skillet over a campfire. Brewed specially for Little Beer Fest by Good Word Brewing in Duluth, GA.
