This nuanced lager features Italian-grown Eraclea Pilsner Malt as its base. First wort hopping offers a prominent, yet soft bitterness, while a mélange of noble hops added to the whirlpool impart a floral, spicy aroma. This pilsner was dry hopped with Perle & Saphir and spunded to trap the spicy, citrusy, and herbal aromas while carbonating naturally for ultimate drinkability.
