MEXICAN-STYLE LAGER W/LIME

We brew this pale lager base with pilsner malt and flaked corn. The corn keeps the body light and gives a subtle sweetness to the beer. Toward the end of fermentation, we add over 100 pounds of lime puree for a refreshing burst of citrus flavor.
