AVERY MT. FRESH HOP DIPA

FRESH HOP HAZY DOUBLE INDIA PALE ALE

For this hazy DIPA, we added over four pounds per barrel of whole leaf Chinook and Newport hops harvested mere hours before brewing. After fermentation, we dry hopped with another pound per barrel of Cascade and Chinook pelletized hops. All of these hops were grown in Pennsylvania by our friends at Avery Mountain Bines & Twine and impart bright flavors of bittersweet grapefruit, lemongrass, and dank resin.
