WATERMELON GOSE
This tart wheat ale was soured with lactobacillus for a light, clean acidity. Kettle additions of coriander and sea salt impart a citrus zing and more full mouthfeel. After fermentation, we infused this brew with 440 pounds of watermelon puree to make it taste like a tart watermelon candy.
